Surrey and Borders Partnership are joining us to hear about your experiences of mental health services.

SaBP Carer Forum Consultation

Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS want to hear from carers with experience of mental health services.

It’s a chance both to celebrate good practice, and also share your views, and experiences, to see what might be improved, including how carers should be included in care plans.

We will be joined by staff from Healthwatch’s ‘Giving Carers a Voice’ programme.

Please join us and share your views if the person you care has experience of Surrey mental health care and services.
